Polleke, a 11 years old girl, is in love with Mimoen, a Moroccan boy who lives in the flat opposite her. His parents force him to stop seeing her because they don’t share the same cultural background.

“This Dutch film relates a difficult love story between two children, Polleke and Mimoen, a young Morrocan. It deals with numerous themes such as the integration in a Morrocan family or Polleke’s father’s drug addiction. This film, full of poetry, is within the reach of everyone.” (Martin)
