We are young cinema enthusiasts, aged between 10 and 25, and we organise the International Film Festival du grain dmoudre. The festival was created in May 2000 by 18 of us, who had followed an initiation into the cinema from the age of six, thanks to a partnership between the Primary School in Mayville (Gonfreville lOrcher) and the Eden (independant cinema in Le Havre).
This adventure allows us to pass on our love of the cinema to other children, youngsters and adults. Every year, we are pleased to welcome many youngsters from all over Europe, along with cinema professionals.

This year we have chosen to work on the theme of rebellion because it particularly concerns teenagers and youngsters and because we think it is part of the current events of the world that surrounds us.
Be it individual or collective, intellectual or physical, rebellion is a means to defend causes we think right against the current authority.
To rebel, it is to be able to say NO,
To rebel, it is to assert yourself,
To rebel, it is to defend ideas,
To rebel to be yourself,
to change things, on your own or in a group.
